Basement Technologies Signs Exclusive Licensed Dealer Agreement With Terminix Services

Recently, Basement Technologies, Inc. announced Terminix Services Inc. has signed an exclusive Licensed Dealer agreement to join the Company’s fast-growing National Basement Waterproofing Network.
Terminix Services, Inc. (www.bigbugs.com), headquartered in Danville, Illinois, is a 64-year old, third generation, family-owned major franchise specializing in all aspects of pest and termite control services. Starting with one employee in 1946, the company now employs a total of 43 associates, technicians and support staff and continues to maintain a close-knit family atmosphere and personal dedication to customer satisfaction that consistently results in long-term relationships.
The new Illini Basement Technologies Division, will complement existing Terminix services – for pest, termite and insect control - and will offer Basement Technologies’ full-service basement waterproofing for all of East Central Illinois (in University of Illinois territory) from its offices in both Danville and Champaign, Illinois as well as additional service regions that include nine Illinois cities and nearby Covington, Indiana.
Many pest and termite issues are due to water problems and, prior to this alliance, Terminix referred waterproofing and water remediation to outside contractors. Now the company will directly participate in today’s burgeoning $7 billion annual waterproofing market.
